He was very patient with us and helped us through a number of policy questions and provided incredible insight on levels of insurance and totally understood the implications or situations. He is very knowledgeable on competitor products and that was extremely helpful.. In a reasonable phone call (and followup) we managed to book State Farm insurance for two golf carts, one auto and a homeowners policy! He is a valuable employee for your brokerage firm and you should make sure you hang onto him!"
