"I contacted Ethan's office by email and got a reply very quickly. He was very patient with us and helped us through a number of policy questions and provided incredible insight on levels of insurance and totally understood the implications or situations. He is very knowledgeable on competitor products and that was extremely helpful.. In a reasonable phone call (and followup) we managed to book State Farm insurance for two golf carts, one auto and a homeowners policy! He is a valuable employee for your brokerage firm and you should make sure you hang onto him!"

"Had a question/concern for quite awhile about something on my homeowners policy and had spoken to two employees on separate occasions who gave me answers but still it ‘didn't feel right’, TBH. Went in yesterday for another attempt at clarification and was so fortunate to get to speak to Erica. She immediately understood & acknowledged my concern. She gave me peace of mind that it would be handled by the end of the day and texted me when it was done. I so appreciate her care and knowledge, she is definitely an asset to the company!"

"Today I met with Amanda Collins of State Farm to add a vehicle to my auto policy. I had a number of questions regarding umbrella policies compared to high liability on my vehicles. She was very thorough and patient answering my questions, allowing me to determine what I needed. I don’t normally recommend businesses but if you are predisposed to using State Farm I highly recommend you ask for Amanda at the Nathan Thomas Agency in Wildwood Fl."
